Emergency Ready Plan

SERVPRO offers a FREE Emergency Ready Plan for any commercial building. This service helps the building owner and all staff/ representatives know what to do in case of an emergency. SERVPRO can help minimize business interruption by having an immediate plan of action. For example, a SERVPRO representative will tag the gas shut off, water shut off, electrical and alarm systems. We note directions to each location, so if there ever is a problem anyone in the building will be able to locate these shut off locations! We will also have contact information for all utility services, emergency and non- emergency local departments, and a list of who to call regarding the building (owner, maintenance, ETC.).  Knowing what to do, what to expect and who to call in advance is the key to timely mitigation and will ease the minds of your customers knowing that SERVPRO is ready. Once we physically do the ERP, we load the information into an app, which can be edited and accessed by the staff.
