Water in Basement

Water damage is something you can never be prepared for. The first step for our customers is to call us. One of our mitigation specialists will take all of the details of the job, and notify our crews.  Once the crews are dispatched, their goal is to get to the cusomters home as soon as possible to start the dry out process.

These pictures are from a Livingston County customer that came home to damaged carpet. As you can see, our crews used a technique called floating the carpet, which is done to restore the carpet. We were able to dry it out and the customer was 100% satisfied!
